Planning & Zoning Documents

The Planning and Development Act, 2007 (PDF) is the provincial legislation which enables Corman Park, under the guidance of the Planning Department, to administer land use, development, zoning and subdivision regulations.

Official Community Plans (OCPs), Zoning Bylaws, Concept Plans and Future Land Use Maps are some of the planning policy documents used by Corman Park.

Policy Areas

Within Corman Park there are two planning areas with separate OCPs and Zoning Bylaws. Depending on where your property is located, one of the two policy sets will apply:
  • The area inside the P4G Planning District is shown in blue on the map below; if your lands are highlighted in blue use these the P4G Planning District documents.
  • The remainder of the land in Corman Park, highlighted in red, is outside of the P4G Planning District area therefore is regulated by the Corman Park documents.
Depending on where your land is located, please view either the Corman Park documents or the P4G Planning District documents for more information on specific zoning, setback and land use regulations. If you have any questions please contact the Planning Department.
