The following Bylaw will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on April 19, 2021 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. Please note that R.M. Council has suspended all in-person delegations during Council meetings at this time, due to COVID-19. - Bylaw 02/21 for Rebecca & Samuel Farthing on Parcel 'A', NE 9-35-5-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for the rezoning of an existing agricultural residential parcel to align with the current R.M. Zoning Bylaw.
- Bylaw 14/21 for Richard & Wendy Weber on SE 4-39-4-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for the creation of one new vacant residential parcel.
- Bylaw 15/21 for Barbara, Chris, Michael & Andrew Zimmer on NW 7-35-4-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for the creation of one new vacant residential parcel.
- Bylaw 16/21 for Kenneth Kasahoff on NW 34-39-7-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for the creation of one new residential parcel, containing an existing yardsite.
