The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on October 26, 2020 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on October 23, 2020.
- Bylaw 52/20 for 101173540 Saskatchewan Ltd. on Parcels:
- 'J' and 'K', Plan 102105335, SE 12-36-5-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from D-Agricultural 1 District (DAG1) to D-Country Residential 6 District (DCR6); Purpose: to provide for 54 bare land condominium units for Phase 3 of Greenbryre Estates; and
- 'T', Plan 102105335, SE 12-36-5-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from D-Agricultural 1 District (DAG1) to D-Country Residential 6 District with a Holding Provision (DCR6-H); Purpose: to provide for future development of the lands subject to conditions that require servicing requirements to be addressed at the time of future subdivision.
- Bylaw 53/20 for 101120614 Saskatchewan Ltd. on Parcels:
- NW 11-37-4-W3 and a portion of SW 11-37-4-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Country Residential 1 District (CR1); Purpose: to provide for Phase 1 of Eagle Heights being a new multi-parcel country residential development; and
- Portion of SW 11-37-4-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Country Residential 1 District with a Holding Provision (CR1-H); Purpose: to provide for future development of the lands subject to conditions that require servicing requirements to be addressed at the time of future subdivision.
