In addition to the above, proposed Bylaw No. 13/17 will also rezone a number of properties currently zoned Rural Industrial Park 2 District (M2) to Light Industrial District (M1) and a number of properties currently zoned Rural Industrial Park 1 District (M1) to Heavy Industrial District (M2) to be consistent with the new Zoning Districts.
Properties to be rezoned from M2 to M1 and from M1 to M2 can be viewed here. Complementary amendments (Bylaw 12/17) are proposed to the R.M. of Corman Park Development Plan (OCP) in relation to these textual amendments.
Any person may inspect the proposed Bylaws at the R.M. of Corman Park No. 344 Office at 111 Pinehouse Drive, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, up to 5:00 p.m. until Friday, May 12, 2017. Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers at the R.M. of Corman Park No. 344 Office to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed Bylaws. All written comments received by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 9, 2017 will be forwarded to Council.
