Amendments to the Corman Park-Saskatoon Planning District Zoning Bylaw, for the extension of approvals for a Garden Suite from the previous two (2) year approval to four (4) year approvals have been received and are now in effect. This extension is aligned with the remainder of the R.M. 

All applications received after February 22, 2017 within the Corman Park-Saskatoon Planning District, if approved, will require re-application in four (4) years. Re-application will include the submission of all required fees and documentation.

Applications within the Corman Park-Saskatoon Planning District which were previously approved for two (2) years, will expire as per the date on the Development Permit, as approved by R.M. Council; upon re-application, if necessary, the Garden Suite can be approved under the new four (4) year expiration.
