Public notice is hereby given that the Council of the Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344 intends to adopt Bylaw 28/22 to amend the P4G Planning District Zoning Bylaw 35/21.
The zoning amendments included in proposed Bylaw No. 28/22 are a result of one of the following circumstances:
- The parcel was subdivided and rezoned under Corman Park bylaws after the P4G zoning maps were drafted and given third readings by Council and therefore not included in the bylaw submitted to Community Planning for Ministerial approval;
- The parcel was missed or incorrectly zoned because of a drafting error; or
- The parcel was re-designated on the District Land Use map by the P4G North Concept Plan and is changing from future rural growth to future urban growth or vice versa. Because D – Agricultural 1 District (DAG1) zoning applies to future rural growth areas, and D – Agricultural 2 District (DAG2) applies to future urban growth areas, the corresponding zoning changes need to be made.
