Public notice is hereby given that the Rural Municipality (R.M.) of Corman Park, Town of Osler, City of Martensville, City of Saskatoon, and City of Warman Councils will consider amendments under The Planning and Development Act, 2007 to amend R.M. of Corman Park Bylaw 57/20, Town of Osler Bylaw 2020-08, City of Martensville Bylaw 12/2020, City of Saskatoon Bylaw 9720, and City of Warman Bylaw 2020-09, known as the P4G Planning District Official Community Plan (P4G DOCP). 

INTENT   

For each member municipality to adopt a corresponding bylaw (R.M. of Corman Park Bylaw 16/22, Town of Osler Bylaw 2022-11, City of Martensville Bylaw 6-2022, City of Warman Bylaw 2022-06, and City of Saskatoon Bylaw 9834) amending the P4G District Official Community Plan to make the textual and mapping amendments required to append the North Concept Plan to the District Official Community Plan as Schedule D. 

AFFECTED LANDS
The affected lands are all lands contained within the North Concept Plan area which is an area inside the R.M. of Corman Park located north of Saskatoon and immediately south of Martensville and Warman, outlined in purple on the map below.
