- Bylaw 11/22 for Melvin & Judith Hitchings on SW 1-37-9-W3. Proposed change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1).
- Bylaw 18/22 for Robert Richardt on SW 2-36-5-W3. Proposed change: rezoning from D-Agricultural 2 District (DAG2) to D-Agricultural Residential 1 District (DAR1).
- Bylaw 19/22 for Robert & Madeline Press on SW 18-37-6-W3. Proposed change: rezoning from D-Agricultural 1 District (DAG1) to D-Agricultural Residential 1 (DAR1)
- Bylaw 20/22 for Eldon Fortnum on NE 3-38-6-W3. Proposed change: rezoning from D-Agricultural 1 District (DAG1) to D-Light Industrial 1 District (DM1) and D-Light Industrial 1 District with Holding Provision (DM1-H)
