The following bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd readings at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 20, 2022, during the regular R.M. Council meeting:
- Bylaw 13/22 to rezone a portion of SW 1/4 27-35-4 W3 from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1)
- Bylaw 14/22 to provide for textual amendments to the R.M. of Corman Park Zoning Bylaw. The amendments are to:
- Section 4, Development Standards, replacing "The Uniform Building and Accessibility Standards Act" with "The Construction Codes Act and Regulations" where it appears; and
- Section 5, Zoning Districts and include:
- revisions to Schedules A-C, to remove redundancy related to single detached one-unit dwellings and correct references to the types of discretionary uses that can have a residence as an accessory use;
- revisions to Schedules A-E and Schedule G, to remove Secondary Suites as a "Discretionary Use", as a Secondary Suite is already a "permitted use" in those Zoning Districts;
- revisions to Schedule E to remove a Mobile Home to be utilized temporary residence during construction of a permanent dwelling as a "discretionary use", as Temporary Construction Dwellings have been introduced as Section 4.29 and removes redundancy in the CR1 Zoning District;
- revisions to Schedules E and G to remove the placement of a sea or rail container as a "Discretionary Use"; as a Shipping Container can be a permitted accessory use as per Section 4.23.
