[ARCHIVED] Bylaws for 2nd & 3rd Reading - December 20, 2021 R.M. Council Meeting

The following Bylaw will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on December 20, 2021 during the regular R.M. Council meeting.  If you would like to speak to the Bylaw, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on December 17, 2021.

  • Bylaw 44/21 for Lloyd & Loretta Sawatsky on SE 33-39-5-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for the creation of one residential parcel containing an existing yardsite.
  • Bylaw 46/21 for Leonard, Evelyn and Trevor Kasahoff & Jody and Jennipher Giesbrecht on Parcel 'B' SW 29-39-8-W3 & SW 29 39-8-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for the reconfiguration of property lines for two existing parcels.
  • Bylaw 51/21 for Vanhaven Auctions & Exports Ltd. on SE 18-35-4-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for the creation of one vacant residential parcel.
  • Bylaw 52/21 for textual amendments to the R.M. of Corman Park Zoning Bylaw; Proposed Change:
    • revisions to Section 3, General Regulations for:
      • Secondary Dwelling Units; Shipping Containers; and Grading and Levelling of Sites.
    • revisions to Section 4, Development Standards and Section 6, Definitions for: 
      • Home Occupation; Home Based Business; Bed and Breakfast Home; Equestrian Facilities; Clean Fill Operation; Garden Suites; and Secondary Suites. 
    • additions to Section 4, Development Standards and Section 6, Definitions for:
      • Clean Fill Storage Operations; Filling, Grading and Leveling of Sites; Shipping Containers; Secondary Dwelling Units; Farmhand Dwellings; Garage Suites; Temporary Construction Dwellings; Guest Houses; and Tourist Homes.
    • revisions and additions to Section 5, Zoning Districts to update the permitted and discretionary uses of Schedules A-M and Schedule O, to align with the revisions and additions to Section 4, Development Standards and Section 6, Definitions. 
  • Bylaw 54/21 for Prairie Wind Acres Ltd. on NW 32-38-7-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for the creation of one vacant residential parcel.
