The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on August 16, 2021 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on August 13, 2021.
- Bylaw 26/21 for Diamond Holsteins Ltd. on NE 30-39-5-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to allow for the creation of one residential parcel containing an existing yardsite.
- Bylaw 33/21 for Kevin & Arlene Plummer on NE 14-35-6-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to allow for the creation of one residential parcel containing an existing yardsite.
- Bylaw 36/21 for Daniel & Noreen Klassen on NW 20-38-6-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to allow for the creation of two vacant residential parcels.
