The following Bylaw will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on July 12, 2021 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. Please note that R.M. Council has suspended all in-person delegations during Council meetings at this time, due to COVID-19. - Bylaw 27/21 for Jeff & Christine Penner on LSD's 10 & 15, NE 34-35-6-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose:to provide for the creation of two residential parcels, one vacant of development and the other containing an existing yardsite.
- Bylaw 30/21 for Rita & Raymond Fishley on LSD 15 & 16, NE 8-39-5-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for the creation of two vacant residential parcels.
- Bylaw 31/21 for Carolyn & George Eckel on Parcel 'C', NW 9-35-5-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for rezoning of an existing agricultural residential parcel to align with the current R.M. Zoning Bylaw and creation of one vacant residential parcel.
- Bylaw 34/21 Textual Amendments to the R.M. of Corman Park Zoning Bylaw related to Section 5, Schedule D - AR3 - Agricultural 3 District; Purpose: to allow for additional subdivision opportunity in the traditional mennonnite village of Blumenheim
