The following Bylaw will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on May 17, 2021 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. Please note that R.M. Council has suspended all in-person delegations during Council meetings at this time, due to COVID-19. - Bylaw 18/21 for Marilyn & Wayne Evanisky on NE 32-35-5-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for the creation of two new vacant residential parcels.
- Bylaw 19/21 for Bradlaw Farms Inc. on Parcel 'A', SE 2-40-4-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for the rezoning of existing agircultural parcels to align with the current R.M. Zoning Bylaw and creation of one new residential parcel containing an existing yardsite.
- Bylaw 20/21 for Luther Acquisitions Ltd. on NE 11-37-4-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for the creation of one new vacant residential parcel.
- Bylaw 22/21 for Larry Grozell and Blackstone Investments Inc. on NE 28-35-5-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Country Residential 1 District (CR1) and to Country Residential 1 District with a Holding Provision (CR1-H); Purpose: to provide for the creation of a new multi-phase country residential development called Ravenswood, consisting of 20 new residential lots in Phase 1. Subsequent phases will remain unsubdivided and rezoning of those phases are subject to a Holding Provision.
