The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on February 22, 2021 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on February 19, 2021.

• Bylaw 38/20 for Overpass Farms and Cory Farm on NE 17-39-7-W3; Proposed change: rezoning lands that were recently annexed by the R.M. from the Town of Langham to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to bring the property into conformance with the R.M. of Corman Park Zoning Bylaw.
• Bylaw 01/21 for Gregory Oborowsky on SE 4-39-7-W3; Proposed change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to  Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to allow for the creation of one new residential parcel.
