[ARCHIVED] Bylaws for 2nd & 3rd Reading - November 23, 2020 R.M. Council Meeting

The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on November 23, 2020 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on November 20, 2020.

  • Bylaw 49/20 for SAR Developments Inc. on proposed Parcel 'A', SE 35-35-5-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from D-Agricultural 1 District (DAG1) to D-Arterial Commercial 1 District (DC1) by contract; Purpose: rezoning by contract requires a contract rezoning agreement, which limits the uses on site to Equipment Sales and Rentals
  • Bylaw 50/20 for Spring Creek Berry Barn Inc. on NE 11-35-6-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning previously closed roadway to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1) and from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for the creation of one (1) new residential parcel, including legal and physical access.
  • Bylaw 60/20 for Daniel Magowan on NW & SW 12-38-9-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning previously closed roadway to Agricultural District (AG); Purpose: to provide legal and physical access to an existing agricultural parcel.
  • Bylaw 61/20 for the Saskatchewan Railroad Historical Association on NE & SE 8-36-6-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Conservation District (CONS); Purpose: to bring the property into compliance with the R.M.
    Zoning Bylaw and allow for further development of the historical heritage site.
  • Bylaw 62/20: Tyler Stewart for Carolyn Hoshowsky on Parcel 'A', SE 27-35-5-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for re-subdivision on an existing agricultural parcel into two (2) residential parcels.
