[ARCHIVED] Bylaws 52/20 & 53/20 for 2nd & 3rd Reading - November 23, 2020 R.M. Council Meeting

The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on November 23, 2020 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on November 20, 2020.

Due to an administrative error, Public Notice and a Public Hearing for Bylaws 52/20 (Greenbryre Estates Golf & Country Club Phase 3) and 53/20 (Eagle Heights Phase 1) will be heard at the November 23, 2020 R.M. Council Meeting. All written and verbal comments previously received during the Public Notice and Public Hearing held on October 26, 2020, will be included in the November 23 Agenda Package. Any new comments received for the Bylaws for Third Reading up to 5:00p.m. on Tuesday, November 17 will be included in the November 23, 2020 Meeting Agenda Package. 

  • Bylaw 52/20 for 101173540 Saskatchewan Ltd. on Parcels:
    • 'J' and 'K', Plan 102105335, SE 12-36-5-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from D-Agricultural 1 District (DAG1) to D-Country Residential 6 District (DCR6); Purpose: to provide for 54 bare land condominium units for Phase 3 of Greenbryre Estates; and
    • 'T', Plan 102105335, SE 12-36-5-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from D-Agricultural 1 District (DAG1) to D-Country Residential 6 District with a Holding Provision (DCR6-H); Purpose: to provide for future development of the lands subject to conditions that require servicing requirements to be addressed at the time of future subdivision.
  • Bylaw 53/20 for 101120614 Saskatchewan Ltd. on Parcels:
    • NW 11-37-4-W3 and a portion of SW 11-37-4-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Country Residential 1 District (CR1); Purpose: to provide for Phase 1 of Eagle Heights being a new multi-parcel country residential development; and
    • Portion of SW 11-37-4-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Country Residential 1 District with a Holding Provision (CR1-H); Purpose: to provide for future development of the lands subject to conditions that require servicing requirements to be addressed at the time of future subdivision.
