[ARCHIVED] Bylaws for 2nd & 3rd Reading - September 21, 2020 R.M. Council Meeting

The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on September 21, 2020 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on September 18, 2020.

  • Bylaw 44/20 for Richard Schlichemeyer on Parcel ’Z’, SE 1-35-6-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to allow for residential development to be permitted on a pre-existing property.
  • Bylaw 46/20 for Sheray Enterprises on NE 24-35-5-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1) to Commercial District (C) by contract; Purpose: Includes a contract zoning agreement, limiting the use of the lands for the establishment of a Commercial Storage Centre.
  • Bylaw 47/20 for John & Karen Lansink on LSD 13 & 14, NW 17-35-4-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to allow for the consolidation of two (2) existing parcels into the agricultural remnant and provide for the creation of one (1) new agricultural residential parcel.
  • Bylaw 48/20 for Textual Amendments to the R.M. of Corman Park Zoning Bylaw; Purpose: Amendments that will add definitions and requirements for Bare Land Condominium developments as well as revise the use definitions for Commercial and Industrial Complexes and add development standards for said uses.
