[ARCHIVED] Bylaws for 2nd & 3rd Reading - July 13, 2020 R.M. Council Meeting

The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on July 13, 2020 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on July 10, 2020.

Bylaw 40/20 for Brian & Marie Weightman on Parcels ’A’ & ’B’, NW 20-39-4-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural Residential 2 District (AR2) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for re-subdivision of an existing 10-acre parcel into two (2) agricultural residential parcels.
Bylaw 41/20 for Textual Amendments to the R.M. of Corman Park Zoning Bylaw; Purpose: Amendments related to revisions to the Commercial Storage Centre use definition and addition of development standards for those types of operations.
