The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on June 15, 2020 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on May 22, 2020.
- Bylaw 29/20 for Joseph & Ruth Wollf on Parcel ’A’, NE 4-40-4-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural Residential 2 District (AR2) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for the creation of one (1) new parcel for an existing abattoir.
- Bylaw 33/20 for Textual Amendments to the R.M. of Corman Park Zoning Bylaw; Purpose: Amendments related to the creation of municipal and highway sign corridors, within the R.M. and the introduction of additional development standards for billboards.
- Bylaw 37/20 for Overpass Farms Inc. on Parcel ’EF’, SE 33-37-5-W3 & Parcel ’D’, SW 33-37-5-W3; Proposed Change: D-Light Industrial 1 District (DM1) to D-Light Industrial 1 District with a Holding Provision (DM1-H); Purpose: to place a hold on the industrial rezoning of lands, subject to conditions that require land dedication issues related to roadways to be addressed at the time of future subdivision.
- Bylaw 39-20 for Peter & Gwen Thomson on LSD 9, NE 4-35-4-W3; Proposed Change: Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to provide for the creation of one (1) new agricultural residential parcel.
