The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on May 25, 2020 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on May 22, 2020.
- Bylaw 26/20 for Jason & Mary Lou Rheindel on the SE 4-39-5-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to create four (4) new residential parcels.
- Bylaw 27/20 for Colton Zunti & Nicole Boyle on Parcel ’P’, NE 12-38-7-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to create one (1) new residential parcel.
- Bylaw 28/20 for Sheldon & Karen Schroeder on the NE 20-37-6-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to create one (1) new agricultural parcel and one (1) separate parcel for an existing agricultural holding.
