[ARCHIVED] Bylaws for 2nd & 3rd Reading - February 24, 2020 R.M. Council Meeting

The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on February 24, 2020 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on February 21, 2020.

Bylaw 01/20 for Gord Diebert on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen on NE & SE 35-35-5-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from roadway parcel to D-Country Residential 2 District (DCR2); Purpose: to allow for the creation of one new country residential parcel on lands that are no longer required as roadway.
Bylaw 02/20 for Sheldon & Karen Schroeder on NE 20-37-6-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 (AR1) District; Purpose: to allow for the creation of one new agricultural residential parcel.
Bylaw 03/20 for Robert Richardt on NW 2-36-5-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from D-Agricultural 1 District (DAG1) to D-Country Residential 1 District (DCR1); Purpose: to allow for the creation of one new residential parcel.
Bylaw 05/20 for Donald Flaman on NW 33-38-6-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to rezone the parcel to allow for residential development on the property.
