[ARCHIVED] Bylaws for 2nd & 3rd Reading - April 20, 2020 R.M. Council Meeting

The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on April 20, 2020 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on April 17, 2020.

  • Bylaw 11/20 will provide for textual amendments to Section 6.4 in Schedule C: D-Agricultural 1 District (DAG1).  Due to previous bylaw amendments related to discretionary uses, R.M. Administration noted errors in the numbering of Section 6.4 resulting in an incorrect listing of the discretionary uses which are allowed to have a residential dwelling as a permitted accessory use. Proposed Bylaw 11/20 will serve to correct this error. 
  • Bylaw 21/20 for Kevin & Margauerit Wiggings on the SW 2-38-6-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1) to Commercial District with a holding provision (C-H); Purpose: to create one (1) new commercial property. 
  • Bylaw 22/20 for Justin Reiter on behalf of Tanis & Etta Anne Kochan on the NW 15-35-4-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to allow for a new agricultural parcel and two (2) new residential parcels.  
  • Bylaw 23/20 for Willhelm & Anna Peters on LSD 3 & 4, SW 31-39-3-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to allow for the creation of two (2) new residential parcels.  
  • Bylaw 24/20 for Jason & Rita Peters on NE 27-37-7-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: tallow for the creation of one (1) new agricultural parcel and one (1) new residential parcel. 
  • Bylaw 25/20 for Isaac & Elizabeth Wiebe on NW & SW 33-39-3-W3; Proposed Change: rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to allow for the parcel-tie removal between two (2) quarter sections, and future residential development on one (1) parcel.
