The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on December 16, 2019 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on December 13, 2019.
- Bylaw 40/19 for Beverly Dawson & Gerald Evin on Parcel 'BB' SW 11-39-6-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to create separate title for an existing yard site.
- Bylaw 41/19 for Ronald Kalyn on the E1/2 NE 23-37-7-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1); Purpose: to create separate title for an existing yard site.
- Bylaw 42/19 for Sheldon & Karen Schroeder on the NE 20-37-6-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1) to Agricultural District (AG); Purpose: to rezone portions of the land back to the appropriate zoning district as parcels that were previously proposed to be subdivided were never registered and the subdivision file has been closed.
