Public Notice

Please take note that pursuant to Section 13 of the Municipalities Act, the R.M. of Corman Park No. 344 intends to close the following roadways within the RM of Corman Park:

All that portion of the North East (NE) Section Nineteen (19), Township Thirty-Seven (37), Range Five (05), West of the 3rd Meridian, shown as Lane Parcel 164155653, on Registered Plan No. 101953919; 

 AND 

All that portion of the North East (NE) & North West (NW) Section Nineteen (19), Township Thirty-Seven (37), Range Five (05), West of the 3rd Meridian, shown as Street Parcel 149401290, on Registered Plan No. 00SA15494;

 AND

 All that portion of the South West (SW) Section Thirty (30), Township Thirty-Seven (37), Range Five (05), West of the 3rd Meridian, shown as Street Parcel 119087185, on Registered Plan No. 70S07139;

AND

All that portion of Original Road Allowance lying North of the North East (NE) & North West (NW) Section Nineteen (19), Township Thirty-Seven (37), Range Five (05), West of the 3rd Meridian.

INTENT

Proposed Bylaw No. 35/19 will provide a notice of intent to permanently close and transfer portions of Township Road 374 (Auction Mart Road) and Capital Circle roadways and rights-of-way adjacent to the Bizhub Industrial Park, in the NE & NW 19-37-5-W3 & SW 30-37-5-W3. The intersection of Auction Mart Road/71 Street and Highway No. 16 was recently realigned and portions of the old roadway and right-of-way are no longer required.  A subdivision application has been approved to provide for the realignment of the affected roadways and consolidation of the previous lands with adjacent parcels. The roadways to be closed and transferred are shown shaded on Map 1.

AFFECTED LANDS

The affected lands are located in the NE & NW 19-37-5W3 & SW 30-37-5-W3; BizHub Industrial Park.
