The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on September 16, 2019 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on September 13, 2019.
- Bylaw 30/19 for Mark & Diane Pastoor on LSD 2 & 7 2-39-6-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1). Purpose: to allow for the creation of one (1) new residential parcel.
- Bylaw 33/19 for the R.M. of Corman Park for Barry & Judy Stefaniuk, Charles & Barbara Doell, Dennis & Caroline Chillog and Ron & Rhonda Watier on Parcels 'B', 'C', 'D', and 'H' SE 4-39-5-W3. Proposed change; rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 2 District (AR2). Purpose: to bring the properties into alignment with the R.M. of Corman Park policies as historical severed parcels and allow for subdivision and rezoning to occur on an adjacent property (Parcel 'A' SE 4-19-5-W3).
