Proposed Bylaw No. 29/19 will create a new D-Country Residential 6 (DCR6) zoning district to facilitate the development of a clustered country residential and integrated recreational community within a minimum lot size of 0.13 ha (1/3 acre). The amendments will also add definitions for "Amenity Building", "Personal Service" and "Townhouse" and will rezone from D-Country Residential 5 District (DCR5) to D-Country Residential 6 District (DCR6) portions of SE and NE 12-36-5-W3, as shown on the ad linked below.

PUBLIC INSPECTION
Any person may inspect the proposed Bylaws at the temporary R.M. of Corman Park No. 344 Office at 2220 Northridge Drive, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, up to 5:00 p.m. until Friday, August 16, 2019.
PUBLIC HEARING
Council will hold a public hearing on Monday,August 19, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers at the R.M. of Corman Park No. 344 Office to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed Bylaws. All written comments received by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 13, 2019 will be forwarded to Council.
