The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on July 15, 2019 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on July 12, 2019.
- Bylaw 24/19 for Robert Risling on SE 23-36-4-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from: Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1). Purpose: to create separate title for an existing yard site.
- Bylaw 25/19 for James & Ellen Morris on NE 12-35-4-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from: Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1). Purpose: to create separate title for an existing yard site.
- Bylaw 27/19 for John Ens on SE 30-38-5-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from: Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1). Purpose: to create separate title for an existing yard site.
