[ARCHIVED] Bylaws for 2nd & 3rd Reading- June 17, 2019 R.M. Council Meeting

The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on June 17, 2019 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on June 14, 2019.

  • Bylaw 17/19 for Donald Flaman on LSD 12 & 13 NW-33-38-6-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from: Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1). Purpose: to create separate title for an existing yard site and allow for the creation of one new residential yard site.
  • Bylaw 18/19 for Stanley Neudorf on NE 25-39-5-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from: Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1). Purpose: to create separate title for an existing yard site and allow for the creation on one new residential yard site.
  • Bylaw 19/19 for 101063662 Saskatchewan Ltd. on Parcel 'B' NE 10-38-5-W3; Proposed change; rezoning by contract from Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1) to Light Industrial District (M1). Purpose: to allow for an amendment to the existing contract rezoning agreement add Clean Fill Type l operations as a use. In addition, rezoning the lands will reconcile the appropriate zoning as the contract zoning agreement was not updated when the R.M. amended the industrial zoning districts in 2017.
  • Bylaw 20/19 for Ryan Nemanishen on Parcel 'B' NE 10-39-8-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1). Purpose: to allow for the creation of one new residential yard site.
  • Bylaw 23/19 for Mark Rittinger on Parcel 'A' NE 36-38-7-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1). Purpose: to allow rezoning of the parcel to the appropriate district given its use and size.

**Please note Bylaw 22/19 included in the Bylaw Ad print in the May 30, 2019 edition of the Gazette Newspaper is in error. This bylaw did not receive first reading and is therefore not being considered for 2nd and 3rd readings at the June 17, 2019 R.M. Council Meeting. Please contact the planning department with any questions.
