The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on May 27, 2019 during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on May 24, 2019.
- Bylaw 14/19 for Major Land Corporation on NE 35-35-5-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from: D-Arterial Commercial 1 District (DAG1) to D-Arterial Commercial 1 District (DC1-H) with a holding provision. Purpose: to allow for the creation of a future single parcel commercial development or multiple commercial parcels on the lands.

- Bylaw 15/19 for Anita & Denis Boisvert on LSD 7 & 8 19-39-5-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1). Purpose: to create separate title for an existing yard site and provide for the creation of one (1) new residential yard site.
