Council Procedures Bylaw 68/15

As per Section 81.1(4) of The Municipalities Act, being Chapter M-36.1 of the Statutes of Saskatchewan:

With regards to the Council Procedural Bylaw,

“A council shall give public notice of any bylaw that is to be introduced, amended, repealed, or passed…”

Public notice of this item must be posted at least seven (7) clear days in advance of the Council meeting where it is to be initially discussed, as per Public Notice Policy Bylaw No. 02/07.
