The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on September 17, 2018, during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on September 14, 2018.
- Bylaw 38/18 for Curtis & Anne Friesen on SE 18-39-4-W3; Proposed change: rezoning from Agricultural (AG) District to Agricultural Residential 1 (AR1) District Purpose: to provide for the creation of one new residential yard site and to create title for one existing residential yard site.
- Bylaw 39/18 for Donald & Martha Hamm on NW 23-39-4-W3; Proposed change; rezoning from Agricultural (AG) District to Agricultural Residential 1 (AR1) District; Purpose: to provide for the creation of two new residential yard sites.
