Proposed Bylaw 24/18 will provide for textual amendments to the R.M. of Corman Park Zoning Bylaw. The purpose of the amendments is to:

• Delete the words “Ministry of Municipal Affairs” and replace them with “Ministry of Government Relations” throughout the Zoning Bylaw.
• Delete the words “Saskatchewan Watershed Authority” and replace them with “Water Security Agency” throughout the Zoning Bylaw.
• Delete the words “Director of Operations” and replace them with “Director of Public Works” throughout the Zoning Bylaw.
• Amend section 3.16.8 by updating the process and requirements for approach applications.
• Amend sections 4.11 and 4.12 by updating the wording for road hauling and road haul agreements by requiring an operator to provide a written report on a monthly basis detailing the amount of material hauled and requiring signed declarations to be submitted at the end of the two designated yearly haul periods.

PUBLIC INSPECTION

Any person may inspect the proposed Bylaws at the R.M. of Corman Park No. 344 Office at 111 Pinehouse Drive, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, up to 5:00 p.m. until Friday, July 13, 2018. PUBLIC HEARING

Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 16, 2018, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers at the R.M. of Corman Park No. 344 Office to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed Bylaws.  All written comments received by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 10, 2018 will be forwarded to Council.
