The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on May 7, 2018, during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on May 4, 2018.
- Bylaw 18/18 for Murray & Shonnie Lee on SW 23-35-6-W3; Proposed change: rezoning from Agricultural (AG) District to Recreation (REC) District; Purpose: to create a new parcel for a maintenance facility related to the Moon Lake Golf & Country Club. The new parcel will be tied to the Moon Lake Golf & Country Club lands in the S 1/2, 22-35-6-W3.
- Bylaw 19/18 for Edward Bueckert & Anna Maria Rehan on SW 32-39-7-W3; Proposed change: rezoning from Agricultural (AG) District to Agricultural Residential 1 (AR1) District; Purpose: to allow for future residential development.
