will be discussing the

Public Notice Bylaw #02/07

As per Section 128(2) of The Municipalities Act, being Chapter M-36.1 of the Statutes of Saskatchewan:

“If a council is required pursuant to this Act to give public notice of a matter, the council shall provide notice of a matter listed in clause 127(c)”

being

“its power to adopt a public notice bylaw pursuant to section 128(3)”

Public notice of this item must be posted at least seven (7) clear days in advance of the Administration Committee Meeting where it is to be initially discussed, as per Public Notice Policy Bylaw No. 02/07.
