The following Bylaws will be considered for 2nd and 3rd Readings at 11:00 a.m. on March 26, 2018, during the regular R.M. Council meeting. If you would like to speak to one of the Bylaws, please contact the Planning Department in advance of 5 p.m. on March 23, 2018.
- Bylaw 05/18 for James & Donna McClements on Parcel 'M', NW 5-38-6-W3; Proposed change: rezoning from Agricultural (AG) District to Agricultural Residential 1 (AR1) District; Purpose: to allow for residential development on the parcel in the future. A map of the property can be found here.
- Bylaw 07/18 for Brian Getson on LSD 11 & 12, NW 32-35-4-W3; Proposed change: rezoning from Agricultural (AG) District to Agricultural Residential 1 (AR1) District; Purpose: to provide for creation of one (1) new residential parcel. A map of the property can be found here.
- Bylaw 08/18 for East Floral Industrial Park Ltd. on NW 35-35-4-W3; Proposed change: rezoning from Agricultural Residential 1 (AR1) District to Light Industrial (M1) District; Purpose: to provide for the creation of three (3) new rural industrial lots within the East Floral Industrial Park. - Bylaw 09/18 for East Floral Industrial Park Ltd. on two portions of NE 35-35-4-W3; Proposed change: Closure of a portion of South Floral Siding, within the East Floral Industrial Park; Purpose: to re-align and allow for widening of the roadway for future Phases of the East Floral Industrial Park, as per ongoing and future subdivision applications.
