Proposed Bylaw No. 65/17 will provide for a mapping amendment to the R.M. of Corman Park Development Plan (OCP). The purpose of the mapping amendment is to update the 5 per ¼ Constraints Overlay map, referred to as Appendix ‘B’ in the R.M. OCP. An update to this map will increase the number of properties within the R.M. which may be eligible for increased residential densities.
Proposed Bylaw No. 65/17 will also provide for a wording change to update the name of the Saskatoon Freeway, from the Saskatoon Perimeter Highway, where it appears throughout the R.M. OCP.
While the Saskatoon Freeway exclusion area is being removed from the map, there are still policies which may preclude subdivision and/or development on the affected lands. The R.M. should be contacted regarding any future development proposals.

The affected lands within the Municipality include portions of:
- Sections 17-20, 29-32 in 35-4-W3;
- Sections 24-25, 36 in 35-5-W3; and
- Sections 3-4, 5-6, 9-10, 15-16, 21-22, 27-28 in 36-4-W3; and
- Section 1-36-5-W3.
