In May 2017, the Regional Oversight Committee (ROC) endorsed the draft P4G Regional Plan. The draft P4G Regional Plan recommends a series of guiding principles and policies around land use, transportation, servicing, and implementation, as well as proposes new governance and administrative structures for the region. The draft documents are available to view or for download on the P4G project website (link included below).
The draft P4G Regional Plan will be presented at a Public Information Session on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, starting at 4 pm at the North Ridge Centennial Community Centre in Martensville. This meeting will include an open house, public presentation of the draft Regional Plan, and a moderated Q&A session. The consultant, O2 Planning + Design, and representatives from the partner municipalities and Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority (SREDA) will be in attendance.
The public is encouraged to submit, in advance, any questions or comments to be addressed during the moderated Q&A session. Questions may be submitted online using the form on the P4G project website (link included below) or by emailing P4GPM@saskatoon.ca. We will answer these questions during the moderated Q&A session, and provide answers in a Frequently Asked Questions document which will be posted on this website after the June 27th session. Please note an open microphone will not be provided at the event but question/comment forms will be provided at the event to fill out to have your question/comment asked.
