Public notice is hereby given that the following discretionary use application will be considered at the May 27, 2025, R.M. of Corman Park No. 344 Council Meeting, with a Public Hearing to be held to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed discretionary use application.

Richardson International Limited have applied to establish an Agricultural Support Service on Blk/Par B-Plan 97S39102 Ext 1 & Blk/Par C-Plan 101648246 Ext 218, for the purpose of legitimizing an event facility. 

INTENT  
Discretionary use 2025/09 for Richardson International Limited is to establish an Agricultural Support Service for the purpose of extending rail spur lines, on Blk/Par B-Plan 97S39102 Ext 1 & Blk/Par C-Plan 101648246 Ext 218. 

PUBLIC INSPECTION
The application report and recommendations by R.M. Administration will be available online at www.rmcormanpark.ca/AgendaCenter on Thursday, May 22, 2025.

PUBLIC HEARING
Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed application. The R.M. Council meeting and public hearing will be held in person at 111 Pinehouse Drive, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan or via remote GoToMeeting, which is open to the public via computer, tablet, device or over the phone. All written comments received by 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 14, 2025 will be forwarded to Council. Information on how to enter the remote Council GoToMeeting online or via phone can be found on the R.M. website, and will be included in the published Agenda Package no later than the Thursday preceding the meeting.
