Public notice is hereby given that the following discretionary use application will be considered at the May 27, 2025 R.M. of Corman Park No. 344 Council Meeting, with a Public Hearing to be held to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed discretionary use application.

Mark Schwaerzle have applied to establish a Home Based Business Type III on LSD 15 & 16, NE 8-38-5-W3, for the purposes of establishing a home based business consisting of onsite storage for offsite supply and service of dairy farms.

INTENT  
Discretionary use 2024/44 for Mark Schwaerzle to establish a Home Based Business Type III for the purposes of establishing a home based business consisting of onsite storage for offsite supply and service of dairy farms.

PUBLIC INSPECTION
The application report and recommendations by R.M. Administration will be available online at www.rmcormanpark.ca/AgendaCenter on Thursday, May 22, 2025.

PUBLIC HEARING
Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed application. The R.M. Council meeting and public hearing will be held in person at 111 Pinehouse Drive, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan or via remote GoToMeeting, which is open to the public via computer, tablet, device or over the phone. All written comments received by 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 14, 2025 will be forwarded to Council. Information on how to enter the remote Council GoToMeeting online or via phone can be found on the R.M. website, and will be included in the published Agenda Package no later than the Thursday preceding the meeting.
