Bylaws for 2nd and 3rd Readings - September 25, 2023 Council Meeting
The following bylaws will be considered for second and third readings on September 25, 2023 during the regular R.M. Council meeting:
- Bylaw 31/23 to rezone a portion of SE 5-36-4 W3 from D - Agricultural 1 District (DAG1) to D - Agricultural Residential 1 District (DAR1) to provide for the creation of one residential parcel.
- Bylaw 33/23 to rezone a portion of SW 29-37-7 W3 from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1) to provide for the creation of four residential parcels.
- Bylaw 34/23 to rezone a portion of SW 14-38-7 W3 from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1) to provide for the creation of two residential parcels.
- Bylaw 35/23 to rezone a portion of SE 17-37-7 W3 from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1) to provide for the creation of one residential parcel.
- Bylaw 36/23 to rezone a portion of NW 2-39-6 W3 from Agricultural District (AG) to Agricultural Residential 1 District (AR1) to provide for the creation of two residential parcels.
Public Hearing
Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. to hear any person or group that wants to comment on a proposed bylaw. All written comments received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 18, 2023 will be forwarded to Council.
