Concept Plans provide a framework for subdivision and development of an area by outlining the proposed land uses, density of development, servicing schemes and phasing. 

Given the development pressures in the northern part of the P4G Planning District, it was determined that the North Concept Plan should be undertaken to help guide land use decisions. Please click HERE for a map of the North Concept Plan study area.

Ratepayer and stakeholder engagement took place during development of the North Concept Plan in February and August 2020.
